In our Real Estate Practice, we represent commercial and residential developers, syndicators of real property partnerships, and businesses and individuals who are buying, selling and leasing property.
Commercial Property Purchase and Sale. Our firm represents buyers and sellers in all aspects of commercial and multiple-unit residential purchases and sales. Services include the preparation of letters of intent for formal purchase agreements, assistance with due diligence and financing, and closing related matters.
Commercial Property Syndications. Our firm’s counsel on commercial property acquisitions often involves the formation of the acquiring entity, along with related equity and debt financing transactions. These financing transactions include private placement of interests in LLCs and partnerships formed for the purpose of acquiring and operating the real property.
Commercial Property Leasing Transactions. We prepare and negotiate leases for our real property owner clients. Our attorneys frequently represent tenants in office, industrial and retail lease transactions.
Development Services. Our firm’s services include guidance and counsel in governmental approval processes and complex land use/environmental issues.
Residential Property Purchase and Sale. The firm represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of personal residences. Our counsel includes review of broker-prepared agreements and transaction closing documents, as well as negotiation and preparation of contracts without broker involvement.
Insurance Claims and Policy Analysis. Our firm provides counsel related to insurance issues, including review of policy coverage and advice regarding first-party losses, third-party claims, errors and omissions, environmental issues, and construction defects.
