Rodney C. Gilmore

Rodney C. Gilmore is a graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986. He received his B.A. degree in English from Stanford University in 1982. Prior to joining Doty Barlow Britt & Thieman, Rodney was a partner at Greene, Radovsky, Maloney & Share in San Francisco. Rodney specializes in transactional law with an emphasis on business formation and planning, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, intellectual property and technology licensing. Rodney also has extensive experience in real estate transactional matters, including commercial leases, sales, exchanges, financings and development/land entitlement projects. He is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the Board of Directors, Stanford Alumni Association and the Palo Alto Rotary Club. Rodney is also an ESPN college football studio analyst.
